We source polyethylene, additives and pigments, as well as post-industrial recycled material.

Extrusion

The materials are melted and shaped through precision dies into film or sheet formats.

Printing

We offer custom branding using our multi-colour printing presses.

Converting

Materials are cut, sealed and formed into finished products using automated machinery.

Packaging & Distribution

Final products are properly wrapped and securely placed on pallets. The pallets are then wrapped in stretch film and shipped directly to our customers.

Quality Control

Throughout every phase, our QA team inspects for strength, consistency, and safety compliance.
